The Sharkies offer swimming lessons to children of all abilities starting 5 years old and above at Sandbach School.
We don’t just teach swimming, we want our swimmers to develop a lifelong love for water and become great swimmers, achieving proficiency with all strokes up to Swim England Standards. Our classes are delayed by 5 minutes in between giving you a full 30 minutes per lesson and also the time to approach the teacher for feedback if necessary after.
Classes are £8 per 30 minute sessions. They come in blocks of 4/6/8/10/12/24 weeks.
We offer the option to book one session in case you wish to have a trial before you enroll.
Go to BOOK CLASSES and choose the appropriate Stage, then you will be asked to Log in (Register if you don’t have an account yet) and input all the swimmer’s details. Please only book the swimmers into classes appropriate for their level. Be aware that the level they were in previously might not match with ours, which is why we will still do an initial assessment to make sure they are in the right class.(please confirm this with the teacher after the lesson)
Key Information:
The pool entrance is located behind the school, follow the signs to the parking behind (from the main parking go straight through the side gates and around the school) and you should see it.
Please bring swimming goggles and also swim caps (if possible) for swimmers with long hair.
Everyone will be entering and exiting via the back parking entrance (please do not use the FIRE EXITS anymore as they will be alarmed) and put on overshoes(provided in the white bin) before going to pool side with the swimmers. Everyone will be seated on benches around the pool as we wish to keep the entrance/exit in the Gallery area free of congestion.To maintain cleanliness throughout the Pool Hall and Changing Rooms, please remove the overshoes only after you are outside.
